Here’s our NEW Pura Vida Yoga class schedule – effective Tues, September 2nd!

 

MONDAY

6:00am – 7:00am  Yoga Body Bootcamp

12:00pm – 1:00pm Power Hour

5:00pm – 6:00pm  All Levels

6:30pm – 7:30pm  Power Hour

 

TUESDAY

9:00am – 10:00am  Power Hour (TENTATIVE – pending instructor availability)

4:00pm – 5:00pm  Community –All Levels

5:30pm – 6:30pm  Power Hour

7:00pm – 8:00pm  Intro to Yoga

 

WEDNESDAY

5:30am – 6:30am Power Hour

5:15pm –6:00pm  All Levels

8:15pm – 9:15pm All Levels

 

THURSDAY

5:45am – 6:45am   Alignment Yoga

9:00am – 10:00am  Slo-ga

4:00pm –5:00pm  Community – All Levels

5:30pm – 6:30pm  Alignment Yoga

7:00pm – 8:00pm  Intro to Yoga

 

FRIDAY

6:00am – 7:00am  All Levels

11:00am – 12:00pm  Power Hour OR Yoga Body Bootcamp (TENTATIVE – pending instructor availability)

5:30pm –6:30pm  Shake Your Asana

 

SATURDAY

7:00am – 8:00am  All Levels

8:30am – 9:30am  Yoga Body Bootcamp

 

SUNDAY

7:00am – 8:00am  Yin/Restorative Yoga

8:30am – 9:30am  Power Hour

4:30pm – 6:00pm  Community All Levels (90 min)

6:15pm –7:30pm  Long,Slow,Deep (75 min)  Cancelled
