PRIVATE AND SPECIAL EVENT YOGA CLASSES

Private sessions
Work with an instructor in a one-on-one, private yoga session! Great for customized yoga personal training, injury recovery, those new to yoga, and/or a private yoga class just for you! Yoga private sessions must be arranged in advance.  Cost: $75/hour

Corporate yoga, special events, private group classes and more!
Schedule private group classes at Yoga Elements studio or at your own chosen location.  This allows you to set up a special classes at a time and day that is convenient for you!  Fees are negotiable and dependent on the size of the group or event.  Additional fees for locations outside of the Fox Valley may be applied.

These are great for office break stretches, Corporate events/meetings, birthday parties, bridal parties, fundraisers, grand openings and more!!  More details available upon request.

Senior/Chair Yoga
Gentle, 30-min yoga classes focused on improving balance, strength, and flexibility using a chair for support. May include some standing postures. Cost: $50/hour.

Sports Yoga
Specialized yoga classes for your sports team held onsite at your location or in Yoga Elements studio.  Yoga is an amazing complementary practice for all sports and fitness activities to create balance in the body and take your performance to the next level!  Adding a yoga class on a non-practice day or a restorative yoga class immediately following a team practice is a great way to keep your athletes strong and prevent injury.
