DELICIOUS, HEALTHY, GREEN DRINK

I blended this up today as part of my lunch and it turned out sooooooo yummy!

Ingredients:

  • 4 large ice cubesgreen drink
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • a few springs of parsley (or as many as you’d like)
  • 1/3-1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1 clementine orange (peeled)
  • 1/2 c coconut juice or water (with chunks if available)
  • 1/2 c milk (any kind – I used goat milk)

Preparation:

Mix in blender on high speed until smooth and enjoy!!
