I blended this up today as part of my lunch and it turned out sooooooo yummy!
- 4 large ice cubes
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 handful of baby spinach
- a few springs of parsley (or as many as you’d like)
- 1/3-1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1 clementine orange (peeled)
- 1/2 c coconut juice or water (with chunks if available)
- 1/2 c milk (any kind – I used goat milk)
Mix in blender on high speed until smooth and enjoy!!
