Pura Vida Yoga is starting a class for those new to yoga or those beginning/re-entering an active, fit lifestyle! The class is called Intro to Yoga and it’s a 60-min class focused on breaking down, discussing, and actively participating in yoga poses (asanas) and basic asana sequences. Intro to Yoga is a slower-paced, no-stress, safe learning evironment to get comfortable with practicing yoga and help prepare you for joining a regular power yoga class!
Classes will run Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-8PM.
(The current Tuesday 7:30PM All Levels and Thursday 7:00PM Basics classes will no longer be offered.)
